Welcome to my blog! I’m Daniel Bach, Head of Research and Development at proMX.
Since I was in school, I’ve been tech-savvy. I’ve always had this determination to get to the bottom of things and loved building own software solutions. During my time at university, I even almost quit my studies of information and communication sciences to work hands-on in IT full time.
As former technical lead of proMX’ international development team, I technically supervised the work on an own project management tool. However, the focus shifted soon, and my team and I worked closely together with Microsoft on the development of their project management solution Project Service Automation. This collaboration allowed me to deep dive into PSA even before its launch and, thus, I was one of the first IT professionals ever to implement it on customer site.
My enthusiasm for Microsoft’s project management tools remains untainted with PSA’s successor Dynamics 365 Project Operations. I continuously grow my skills and extend my know-how. The insights I gain through research, experimenting and during implementation and development projects, I like to share with others. Therefore, I reflect on useful and interesting topics in my blog articles here and in own webinars as well as at respective events.
